December 27, 1998 - Edmonton Journal staff writer Jim Davies wrote a feature article "Carnage transformed doctor into activist" which tells the story of Dr. (Alice) Khin Saw Win -- a Director of Burma Watch International. Dr. Khin Saw Win was formerly the physician of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
